Richard Strezo has 20 years commercial lending experience in a variety of credits including CRE, C&I, ABL, Construction and above all, SBA lending. You now have a team player with direct lending experience from origination, to underwriting, processing, funding, 1502 reporting, and liquidations.

My business model is customer intimacy. Your customer is as important to me as they are to you. Small Business Advisors is a full platform LSP from origination to underwriting, to processing, to funding and beyond.
My Story
I was raised by my mother who was a small business owner. This was the foundation for the penchant I have for small business owners. 20 years ago, I was introduced to the SBA product in a market that did not understand its benefits. Without it, this translates to lost opportunities, relationships and mutual success. I made it my mission to remove the veil of the product to serve financial institutions that want to serve their business customers.
